I applaud your compassion and sincere kindness

I called barber & Barclay and make an on the day appointment for a disabled gentleman that I cared for, we discussed the wheelchair size and access and Craig said he was willing to remove the entire door to accommodate our appointment. On arrival we were fine and the hair cut was excellent. Craigs manor will my client was exemplary. He spoke directly to him and not me, with an upbeat and truly professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble.

Made me feel so comfortable

Just been into have my haircut by Craig, first time Craig has done my hair, I’m Logan regular. However I’ve just recently had surgery & I was quite nervous at first due to a different barber & a scar behind the ear. However Craig made me feel so comfortable, really easy flow of conversation, was very gentle & kept asking if I was “ okay “ “ is it hurting “. So happy I have found a loyal barber shop across the road for my property.
